1. How do I make payment for my shopping cart order?

We accept payment by bank transfers (Singapore only) and PAYPAL. PayPal transactions must be S$30 and above, PayPal fees are waived. 

During your check-out process, you can choose either payment methods - "PAY BY INTERBANK FUND TRANSFER" or "PAY BY PAYPAL".

Your order will only be completed when you click "I CONFIRM MY ORDER" button at the end of your check-out process. You will receive a confirmation email for your order.

Once we receive your order, we will wait for your payment by bank transfer.

If you are using i-banking, please do initial your transaction with your member name and/or order number.

Please email us once you have made the transfer to expedite your order delivery.



2. When will my confirmed order be mailed?


If you place your order and transfer your funds (via POSB/DBS account) before 2pm, usually your order will be mailed out on the same working day, if not, the next working day.



3. How do I know if my cart has been checked out successfully?


If you have entered a valid email address during your checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. If you did not enter any email address, please drop us an email with your name and order total at us@welovezakka.com to confirm.



4. After viewing the products on your online store, can I list my order and email it to you?

We prefer you to use our online store's shopping cart. But some customers have experienced server internal errors repeatedly while trying to check out their carts, we can create an order for them.

Plus, if you have any queries, just use our zopim livechat located at the bottom right corner of our store pages.



5. Why do your store pages load slowly?

Please surf with these alternatives to improve your shopping experience at our store: Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome & Apple Safari.

We will upgrade our server in future. But for now, please try to use other browsers. They really do load faster than IE browser. Google Chrome is the FASTEST.




6. I have some cart items, I need to leave my computer to do something else but I haven't finished shopping at your store, will my cart items disappear?


Your cart items remain in your cart, but they can go out of stock if other customers ordered and checked out the same items before you do.


If you are logged in with your cart items, please do not log out. Otherwise, all cart items will disappear when you log in again.

The best option for you would be to check out and confirm your current order with us. Just let us know you are not done shopping yet, and we'll put those items on reserve for you for up to 1 week.


But if you confirm your order and go MIA after that, we will not allow you to reserve in future. Ever.



7. How often do you re-stock your product items?


We re-stock once a week for popular items. If you are interested in our item that is currently out of stock, please email to enquire for re-stock / reservation.

9. How do I convert my membership (zakka) points into a voucher?


Please follow these steps to convert your points:


1. At the top right corner of any welovezakka page, click on your account name to access “My Account” page,

That will bring you to "My loyalty points" page, where you

Once completed, you will be given a voucher code, with a value equivalent to your total accumulated points. You can use this voucher to offset your next purchase!

10. How do I key in my discount voucher code during checkout?


You may apply your discount code at your cart summary page, shown below.

11. I keep getting an error page during my checkout, is your site dead?


Please email us if you are unable to checkout your cart, we will help you checkout.

Some customers experienced server errors while trying to check out their carts. It could be they are using older versions of Mac OS that might be incompatible with our store shopping cart.


Actually, we still don't really know why there's this checkout problem. But hey, life's not all smooth sailing, right? Anyway, a little problem never stopped zakka lovers from getting what they want! Just email us if you can't check out.


Maybe one day, we'll figure out this problem;)

 



12. Can I self-collect my parcel from welovezakka?


Yes, you can.

No collection on public holidays.

13. Are your products imported from Korea?


Our products are imported from China. They are made in China. Their labels print "Made in Korea", so we guess these products are meant for the Korean market.
